Class Schedule
- Group 1: Monday & Wednesday, 5:30 PM – 6:15 PM
- Group 2: Tuesday & Thursday, 5:30 PM – 6:15 PM

- Striking Fundamentals: Punches, kicks and combination drills for speed and precision
- Grappling & Takedowns: Safe transitions from stand‑up to ground control
- Footwork & Movement: Agility, reaction drills and defensive positioning

- Belt Progression: Clear milestones from White Belt through Junior Black Belt, with regular testing
- Two Classes Per Week: One technical session and one controlled sparring session to reinforce skills
