The Tiny Tiger curriculum teaches the basics of Moo Duk Kwan all while having fun. The age range for this class is 5-7 year olds.
The Kids class curriculum is a higher level of Traditional Moo Duk Kwan. Along with Kickboxing, and basic grappling. In addition to the martial arts curriculum, Character Development and Self Confidence topics will be introduced. The age ranges for this group are 8-12 years old.
The Women's Kickboxing class is designed for individuals aged 16 and up, this dynamic session blends fitness, self-defense, and community, all for just $15 a class. The Teen curriculum, builds off the Kids class adding higher level of grappling and beginning levels of Krav Maga. In addition to the Marital Arts curriculum we added more in depth character development and self confidence topics to help engage the students in discussions of the commonly encountered adolescent situations. The age ranges for this group are 13-16 years old.
The Adult curriculum will focus on traditional Moo Duk Kwan, Kickboxing, Grappling, and Krav Maga. The age range for this group is 17 years and older.
The special needs curriculum focuses on the same curriculum for the student’s age range. However it also offers the chance for social interaction, group dynamic exposure, and a safe environment for the student to be themselves.
Each Women's Self Defense Seminar is offered in one hour increments. There are three levels to the curriculum, all of which are focused on real world self-defense.
The OCMA competition class is a add on to any of the other classes. In the competition class students will Learn: Katas, Weapon Forms, and Breaking. In addition Students will participate in a variety of sparing disciplines, to include: Kickboxing, MMA, BJJ, and Point Sparring.
